I have been experimenting with micro stock sites for a couple of years now. One of my favorites is iStockphoto. I have been a member since 2002 and pretty much just bought images for use in my design projects. Who has a budget for images? Not many clients I've run into! So, as a designer I really like to use this site. As a photographer, I'm still on the fence. The payout is minimal but perhaps the exposure is worth the piddly pay? The jury is still out.
