Following my short story high, I plopped myself at my laptop this morning and started a new chapter on my novel. To date I have written 150 pages and the storyline just keeps flowing. My editor is going to have a job with this one!

The novel centers on Heather, a loner who turns to any and all vices to hide the pain of a lost love, a current abusive relationship, and a lack of self esteem. The way she handles her life is probably not the way most people would but relationships are tough, right? Throw in a flair for drama from her gay coworker and an ankle biting dog and there's a bestseller, I tell ya!
