kgb_ ad
I worked for kgb_ for a couple of months when they first launched in January 2009. They are similar to ChaCha in that you text and/or call them and ask questions. A series of experts working remotely will research your query and send you back a response. ChaCha is free where as kgb_ charges .99 per text. Apparently, this money goes to advertising agencies. Above is an ad I pulled from AdWeek. I highly suggest kgb_ contract with a new agency.
