Make a Pledge to Read and Target will Donate a Book

Target plans to donate $500 million to support education over the next five years. For everyone that pledges to commit to a reading schedule with your child or volunteers to read with a neighborhood child, they will donate a book to a child in need. Target will donate up to 1 million books based on the number of pledges received by January 29, 2011.
